Welcome to our 12th Annual Missoula Chicks ‘n Chaps Event!
Over the past 12 years, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for local women battling breast cancer. We are proud of that fact and thrilled to be hosting our 12th Chicks ‘n Chaps event in conjunction with the Western Montana Fair and Missoula Stampede PRCA Rodeo.
Join us for a fun-filled afternoon with the Rodeo Cowboys and our signature Women’s Rodeo Clinic!
We have lots of exciting plans for this year’s celebratory event, including:
Families are welcome to join the Chicks after the clinic at 5:30 p.m. for snacks, drinks and participation in the Live Auction. Make sure to purchase the Family ticket option that will get them into the Fair and Rodeo.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The Women’s rodeo clinic is limited to women 21 and over. Men, women and children of all ages are welcome to buy a Family ticket and participate starting at 5:30 through the rodeo.
When should I arrive?
Clinic attendees should arrive as close to 2:00 p.m. as possible to grab a drink, peruse the Silent Auction items, and be ready for the clinic. Family members can arrive at 5:30 p.m. and stay through the Rodeo.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We’ve secured VIP parking again this year adjacent to our event area. No need to deal with the chaos of Fair Parking!
What should I wear to the event?
The Clinic takes place in the arena so boots are best, or any shoe you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Most girls leave the heels at home and wear jeans and boots! It’s generally warm, but the August evenings can get chilly, so layers are a good idea.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Email MissoulaCNC@gmail.com with any event questions!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we can check your mobile ticket if you prefer, but you will either need a printed version or a mobile version to verify your registration before entering.
How much does it costs?
Family tickets are available for purchase as well and will cover their Fair and Rodeo entrance.
Come to support local breast cancer survivors
and stay to enjoy the rodeo with your family.
